Set (O) 6.13 & 6.14 Dependent's absence from UK

Hi Experts,

I am bit stuck on Page 23 of Set(O) form 6.13 and 6.14. My question:

Do I need to fill in my dependent (spouse) absence from UK in the table provided in the form for last 5 years her travel to India and some holidays to Europe since she is on Tie 2 dependent visa?
