How long does FRESH application take?

Hi,

My friend's visa got rejected based on lack of financial evidence. There's a dip in her financials for about a week. She also supplied her international bank account which was not taken into consideration.

Applied for AR and got refused there as well.

She now have all her maintance evidence and plan to reapply. However, we are wondering about the processing time. Anyone know? Will it take as long as the original application?

We have summer trips coming up.

A new application will be treated on its own as though it is a totally new application - so you can expect the same process and timescales as the 1st application

She got notified of fail AR on April 16.

We're considering two options - reapply within or outside UK. Not sure which way is faster.
