clarification on financial requiment

Dear experts and moderators

I applied Tier1 entre extn and my wife applied as tier1 entre dependent.
I varied my application tier1 entre extn to Set(LR)10years. Got ILR.
My wife varied her application from Tier1 entre dependent to FLR(FP) due to my yearly income is less than 18k.
Now my last two years avg income 11k and my wife started working from oct 2017.
now sum of our both annual income reached 19k
Her Flr(FP) application is still pending, biometrics was enrolled.
my question is
1) can i vary my wife application from FLR(FP) to FLR(M).
2) I have only 2 year self assesments reports (no dividends) and wife 6months payslips is these enough to prove our both income is more than 19k.
3) I already paid tier1 entre dependent visa fee(we havent got fee back) and FLR(FP) fee. can i mention in covering letter instead of paying again of FLR(M) fee
4)tier 1 entre depen extn IHS fees was returned, so. paid IHS fees to FLR(FP), can i use same IHS reference no instead of paying again IHS for FLR(M).
5) we have two kids, we haven't applied any visa and passports yet. is it effect to my wife application FLR(M)

could anyone give me an advice.

I'm applying FLR(M) to my wife. our both income together 20k, We have two kids under 3years both born in UK.
i'm not applying visas for kids
could give me clarification on financial requirement for FLR(M).

is our income is enough for requirement? or need to be 22400+2400?

first congratulations for your ilr... me and my husband we both applied together for ilr on tier 1 5yrs route in may 2016 and then varied in sep 2017 to 10 yrs for my husband and dependant for myself.
can you please help me with few of your exeperiences for ilr..
1. when did you varied your application?
2. did you varied both your and your wife's application together?
3. when you got your ilr approved?

I varied on august 17
ilr approved feb 18 after that , varied my wife application to FLR(FP)
