Really need some suggestions here
I’ve applied my spouse visa extension and booked an appointment with premier service centre (it was part of the application) through the new online application system on 04/04.
It was all good until I noticed that it says “date of application : 04/04” on my application form. I was shocked because I thought it would be the date I hand in my documents to premier service centre, which is 15/05 - two days before the expiring date of my current visa.
Now I’m worried if it’s going to cause a shortfall when I apply ILR in the future? As 04/04 is 28+16=44 days before the last day of my current visa…
Anyone has similar experience or any idea how the caseworker might do to the length of my next visa?
