Hi,
I have now got one year job and gonna apply for new Tier 2 priority visa (for 1 year as I can not get more than 6 years in Tier 2) tomorrow. My first Tier 2 visa was on 10 May 2013 and my current tier 2 visa is expiring on 14 May 2018. As I have already eligible to apply for ILR, I could not apply because of my current employer not able to give me a foreseeable future letter as my job is ending on 30 April. Luckily I have now got a job so I am getting another Tier 2 visa and probably starting my job on 7 May and get an ILR on 10 May before expiry of my dependents visa (their visa is expiring on 14 May). I have got absence letter, LITU pass certificate, PhD certificate, pay slips and bank statements ready for my ILR. I also booked my ILR premium appointment on 10 May.
Here I have few queries,
1. After getting approved my ILR suppose on 10 May, I guess I can switch my dependents to Tier 2 PBS dependent visa based on my ILR status (3 year extension). However, I wont get my BRP card before 14 May. So what should I mention as the home office reference number-shall I use my new Tier 2 BRP number rather than ILR BRP number?
2. For IHS, they are asking about visa expiry date-which date to be added?
3. Is that ok to apply without my ILR BRP number and documents?
4. Do I need to get absence letter from my new employer (ILR applointment date will be within three days after joining with my new employer)?
5. I have one year contract with my new employer, however my employer said they can issue foreseeable future letter to support my ILR-will that be an issue with Home office?
Thanks in advance. Your help is highly appreciated.
Cheers,
Rj
