Hi Marcnath and all Senior Members.

Could you please advise what to do and plan it right for the ILR after getting the T1 (Ent) Extension.
DO I need to do anything extra or keep the same employees and the same documents?

Nothing special. Evidence for ILR is easier. If you have the same employees (not needed) remember to keep the FPS with the start date- that will be needed. Other than that do your LIUK test early

In principle you should be able to as he is a settled worked.

However, the immigration rules only recognise a passport or UK residence card as valid evidence.

So there is a bit of confusion as to whether the Italian residence card would be acceptable.

To be safe, I would ask the employee to get a UK residence card by applying at https://www.gov.uk/eea-registration-certificate/apply.

It is not clear if they accept applications there anymore (pending Brexit) but documentation that they don't would also help.
