Unfortunately, as Zimba said, there are no fixed rules. If you want to, you can send your letter any time after their stated typical time of 8 weeks. Generally, not getting complex letter/mail would be considered a good thingcutegirl21 wrote: ↑Fri Apr 20, 2018 11:23 pmDear Gurus (Marcnath/Zimba) and dear members,
I hope you guys are happy and having a good time, I want to ask a couple of questions.
1. I have posted the file on 2Jan2018, and I have not heard anything back from Home Office after I have enroled for biometrics on 14 Jan2018, its almost 4 months now. I saw all people who have delays all of them got the complex letter/email, but in my scenario, I have not received any complex letter or email from Home office. Is there anything to worry? Is it a must that I Should have at least receive a complex letter/email if it goes beyond 8 weeks time limit which I have heard is the timeline for this visa.
2. When I can send any letter via my solicitor to push them for the decision its almost 4 months how long you guys advice to wait, still worried about no complex letter/email.
Regards
