FLR FP as a parent

Post by Isitua » Sat Apr 21, 2018 2:01 pm

Hello all.

Thank you for the amazing discussions you are actively holding here. You have helped so many people including myself.

Please i have questions that i want to ask.

I have a 5yr multiple entry visitor visa granted December 2017.

I arrived UK in December, had a baby in April 2018, I understand i have to exit every 6months, which is up next month.

My baby is British because my baby daddy has Permanent Residency here. We have applied for baby’s UK passport.

Now my questions are

*Can I apply to stay as a mother of British born child here in UK?

*Do i have to travel back home? My baby is only 2weeks old, my baby dad wants the baby here not abroad. If I travel without the baby, how can the baby breastfeed and be taken care of by me?

*If I don’t exit at the 6months but continue to stay because my visa is 5yrs, is this a problem?

My baby daddy is not earning enough to meet the 18,600. He will be able to meet this in few months time. We are married in the traditional way, but not the official way.

Thanks for your help
