PBS Child Visa - List of documents for child born in india

Dear Members,

I am currently on Tier 2 general visa and my wife is on Tier2 spouse visa. We currently got leave until April 2020.

In Month of Jan 2018(3 months back) my wife went to India for her labor and blessed with a baby. My wife is planning to come back to UK along with the child in the month of June 2018.

I am confused with the documents to be provided in regards to support my Child application(PBS dependent child - up to 3 years). I would greatly appreciate if anyone can provide me a list of documents needed to submit.

Hi,

You would need to submit the birth certificate of the child born in India. A copy of your BRP and your wifes BRP. Evidence that you can maintain yourselves and the child.
