HI, I'm new to this website and hope you will all welcome me and help me out. the thing is it's been 2 weeks since my nan submitted her application and since then I've done nothing but have a look if it's been granted, today when i looked it says your application is ready for collection does this mean she has her visa please help!!!!!!!!!1

It just means that the application has been processed, you won't know if the visa has been granted until you visit the Visa centre.
