24/04/2018 : hi all i got returned all documents and issue PR ON 20/04/2018 and for EEA PR received today and for me bio-metric card will receive within 10 days .
it took altogether 4 months . one of my fiend with same application get PR in 90 days .i know guys its bit frustration if some get pr early than you , but dont worry more chances to get everyone pr within 6 months time so best of luck for all .

Reasons
1. I didn't fill section 14 on application form
2. I didn't demonstrate dependence since i received RC. But on the form page 9.3 said if the Sponsor has dcpr proceed to section 16 which i did. My Aunty has dcpr since 2010. Also i was member of my sponsor household,i got all correspondence letters there. The regulation 2016 said member of household or dependence.

it's not the first time i apply but this time it sounds really long. and i am only re-applying because the initial RC has been lost .. so had to the whole process again.

COA received : didn't receive, despite 2 emails requesting it.

Documents returned : 08/05/2018 with letter stating that PR card will be delivered in 10 days. PR acquired in 2013.

Divorced in 2014 and provided a certified copy of ex ID which was expired.

My situation I thought was tricky as I didn't officially apply for ROR and my resident permit expired in 2014 (I was told by many government agenies that I was illegal).

I continued working with the expired permit and also attended university up until June 2017. I only had CSI in my final year of uni as I stopped working part time and I also had a baby in my final year (I qouted Saint-Prix case law).

Information from this forum enabled me to structure my application very well and include a cover letter detailing my situation confidently. Not giving the HO any wiggle room to refuse the application, as the moderators would often say.
