You dont have to email them, but like Jamshaid emailed them I thought you'd be curious and email to find out if a decision being made / application status. Jamshaid when you emailed UKVI what was the reply to application status>?

One applicant who paid her Child IHS in february and still waiting for decision is making me confuse. Her hubby called UKVI inquiry centre and they told him that he needs to provide them NEW IHS reference number once payment is made but he sent them old IHS number??
Now my question and confusion is that i did not see anywhere new IHS payment refrence? I do not know what she means by NEW IHS reference?
Once paid, i sent email mentioning following:
1) Applicant name (Child)
2). GWF reference
3). IHS reference number issued at time of application.
4) IHS transaction payment reference number
5) Amount paid
6) Applicant Date of Birth
7). Applicant passport number
VAF number
However, i did not receive any akcnolwdgment email from ihs.sheffield@fco.gsi.gov.uk. DId u receive any acknowldgment???
What she is saying that UKVI informed her hubby that payment reference is your New IHS reference number. He already provided that yo them upon payment note sure why they asked him again... she is confusing me... Any guidence??
jamshaid, dilshod any update after IHs payment plz??its going to be 76 working days to our application and still did not receive email for IHS payment or any contact from UKVI..so worried
thanks for your prompt replies ,actualy our solictor said ,not to contact to Ukvi again and again otherwise they will get angery and make a negative decision to get ridthats why we are not escalating..Londoner007 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 26, 2018 4:08 pmYes, email UKVI about your IHS payment and ask then to escalate your message to decision making department.
