Dear members,
I have a complicated route question and I am new to this forum.
My 2.5 year limited leave to remain visa will expire in 2018/October.
What route should I take Set F, M, O?
I have no means absolutely to do it with a lawyer. Hence, I have to do this application myself.
My timeline is:
I came in the UK in 2005 as a student, had my visas renewed. Married EEA national in 2007, received 5 year spouse visa. Had jobs all this time. But in 2009 domestic violence happened, so I had to move out.In 2012 applied for ILR, but refused ILR, because I was no longer living with my ex husband.
I had my 2.5 year limited leave to remain visa on the grounds that I had new life with a new partner. Under European Human Rights Act.
In 2015 applied for ILR again. It was my lawyers advice. But now I understand I made a mistake. And In 2016 had 2.5 years limited to remain visa again.
My situation now is I have two sons who are British, one born British in 2016/summer. Second became British in summer 2016, but was born in 2013 in London.
My partner has ILR and is self employed.
I am registered building company director from 6/04/18. And I am also self-employed.
I had jobs. Never went abroad in the last 5 years.
We claim no benefits apart from child benefit.
I have British education. My first son is going to school in September 2018.
Could you please advice me on what route should I take Set M, O, F?
I had a refusal letter from a case worker I can send via email. But my situation is I have no roots in my native country. I have parents, but I have my own family here.
I had Life in the UK test pass in 2015 (and 2012), Should I sit the test again?
Best Regards,
Maria
