I want to visit uk with my kids for a vacation trip. My husband who is in uk is in judicial review for his ilr refusal. If i show him sponsor will it be considered or not? Can i mention my friends address for accomodation? Or at this moment it is not feasible for us to apply? Please suggest i have my own savings.

Why u want a refusal stamp on your passport? wait for your husband JR outcome.

British high commission have your full immigration history. If any other relative sponsor u, BHC ask about your husband status and refuse u.

And if u hide your husband presence in the UK and they find out. U will face a 10 year ban.

I totally agree with you. But his solicitor says it could lead 6 months more. The pshyclogical damages my child is phasing is more distressing for us. He keeps on asking why i cant visit my home. All of my belongings everything are there and for that reason i wanted to go and hand over home to landlord. My husband says he will withdraw from jr as his solicitor advised him. The last thing i want to confirm if he is in jr he cant sponsor me. AND THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR GUIDANCE.

How can someone sponsor somebody when he himself has no visa? Common sense.

Right. He told me that his solicitor said that your chances are very bleak and if you want to go without fear of refusal then you can withdraw jr. 90 percent chances that you will again get refusal. What i believe if a person is sure that he will get refusal then he shouldnt need to go for JR.

The Jr process is NOT part of the immigration process. It is important to remember this. If Jr fails, he will still be an overstayer if he is one now and he will likely have to pay HO costs too.

Jr does not give him Section 3C protection under the immigration rules.
