Dependent visa for HSMP visa holder's spouse

Dependent visa for HSMP visa holder's spouse

Hi,

I am currently having HSMP visa which is valid till April 2009 and now I am planning to apply for the dependent visa of my wife. But as far as the new rules are concerned there is no provision of dependent visa for old HSMP visa holders.

Can someone tell me under which provision I may need to apply the visa for my wife.
