English language requirement confusion !!!

Hiii,
I would like to take IELTS for UKVI (General Training) to Apply for FLR(M)
1) IELTS General Training is also the right test to apply for FLR (M)? So that I can use this same test result for settlement visa next year when completing 10 year long Resident.
2)If so,CEFR B1 is fine for both FLR(M) partner visa and SET (LR) Visa?
If not,
Life skill test B1or A1 needs to be taken for FLR(M) Specifically?

*I used my IELTS Academic test result in 2015 for my tier 2 application and was successful.anychance to use the same result now to apply for FLR(M)?

Can anyone help me with my following doubts please

I had used my IELTS (Academic) B1 result when I applied for TIER-2G in 2013 and was successful.As per UKVI instructions,can i use the same result to apply for FLR (M) again ?
(The test centre/college where i taken the test is in approved list of UKVI)

The test is valid for 2 years. And it should be IELTS for ukvi, better life skills.

Yes, you can use Life Skills B1. But you will have to change what are the rules in 2 years.

If its within 2 years of certificate it will be ok.
