british citizenship

Post by broask » Wed May 09, 2018 12:22 am

Hi. My name is gabriel and in 2017 octomber ive applied for the neutralization procces. in january 2018 ive been refused as i didnt have the permanent residence card even though ive sent it. the problem i had is that i had my surname changed as i got married so the document was on the old name. in january ive applied for reconsideration sending all my documents and the the paper that i wrote explaining to them what happend this time including a copy of my daughters birth certificate that shows clearly my old name and new one. also in the documents i had payslips statement in both names, also my trinity diploma was on the old name and the other exam on the new one. its been 4 months and no response even though they took the money from the account. should i call them or should i wait? also i need to go holiday back home and im scared to ask for my id as i think they might refuse my application for that. please advise thanks.
( i had exactly one year and a bit after my residence came and i had all the documents needed including my marriage certificate and both test past i think with good standard a i took BB for the trinity exam and also the history test i knew all the answer)

reconsideration has no time frame so it could take long. Even you email them or call them they will just reply you that things are in progress.
