Hi Ravi,

I booked my premium service appointment and I was assuming that I have to fill up the 80+ pages SET(O) Form.

1) Is this replacement of that?
2) Online form forcing me to submit NARIC for my degree certificate despite I am submitting my English Language Certificate. How do I overcome this?

Regards
Shaw

Hi,

This online form has been introduced today. If you have already filled paper form then there is no need to fill the online form.

This online form is still beta service and there should be proper indication from UKVI before closing down the paper form.

Paper form is still acceptable. Also this Beta service will evolve over time.

Thanks
-Ravi

I just checked this new form issued on 9th May and compared it with what was issued in April and it looks same. And worth noticing is it says Version 04/2018 on both. So, I believe it was just the same form uploaded again on UKVI website.

Please advise if anyone here think otherwise?

Hello - Did you fill up the online form in the end? I have booked an online appointment already and paid the fees. Now that I have filled up the online Set(O) form, its asking me for payment on the last page. If I download the filled online form to PDF, then the form title (on first page) comes up as "PARTIALLY COMPLETED APPLICATION". What is the best way to go about it? Please help.

The online application form and booking appointment and payment is all part of one online process. If you have booked an appointment and paid separately, you cannot now use the online form and will have to use the paper form, as far as I understand.
