Tier 1 entraprenure extension with no fps/rti

I am new to this forum
My t1 entraprenure extension in 200k route is due in June 2018.
I am facing a problem as my accountant system is crashed and he lost data on the server as well as on the back up computer. So it is now impossible to get the documents as I don't have most of them
I have requested the fps from hmrc and they have sent me the fps but the fps/rti sent by them is annul and cover three years. They have sent the fps/rti with there covering letter. My accountant is telling me that he can make the wage slips as well as generate p60 and p11 which will be good enough in this scanario.
My second question is about employment
As per my calculation it is
Job title 1
Employee a. 01/01/2016 to 30/03/2016 full time
Employee b 01/04/2016 to 30/09/2016 part time ( ongoing but converted to full time after the date mentioned
Employee c. 01/04/2016 to 30/09/2016 part time (ongoing but finished on this particular job)
Employee b 30/09/2016 to 31/12/206 (as the employee b was converted to full time so the rest of the period this employee covered.

Job title 2
Employee d 01/01/2016 to 01/11/2016 full time (ongoing but converted to part time 24 hours a week after the date mentioned for one month and left thn.
Employee d. 01/11/2016 to 31/12 /2016 continues as part time for one month
Employee c 01/11/2016 to 31/12 /2016 part time and ongoing. This employee finished the job title 1 on 30/09/2016 and I used him in job title 2 for remaining month as he is ongoing.

Please help me regarding these two issues.

If you can get a letter from the accountant confirming the loss of documents, the alternative documents may be acceptable to HO. It is a bit strange though - you would expect the accountant emailed those to you each month ?

What exactly is Job Title 1 and Job Title 2 ?

Your job creation is complex and expect quite a lot of scrutiny.

On paper, it appears to fit the requirement but it does leave opportunities for HO to challenge and even refuse.

If your accountant sends rightly to HMRC every month don't call HMRC explain all reason they will send you original ALL FPS OF STAFF on one sheet.

But HMRC take time 20 days to send that letter. I did send 6 month FPS like HMRC And rest of 6months Accountanat one.

Yes I did requested from hmrc and they already sent me three sheets with all employe details. But it is for complete years. First sheet 2015 to 2016
Second sheet 2016 to 2017.
Third sheet 2017 to 2018.
And it includes the details of employe during these period.
