ILR for child turned 18 in the uk

Post by Habal » Sun May 06, 2018 11:21 pm

Hello,

Many thanks for any help form this great site,

I granted tier 2 visa on 28/4/2013 and so my son as my dependant.
I entered the country on 30/5/013 and my son on 24/8/2013.
My Son is now 21 years old.
I have booked 2 PEO appointments for ILR for me and my son in the same day and he is 20 minutes after me, is it OK?, the date is 5/6/2018.
I used SET(O) for me and one for my son, which category should I tick for my son?
Is the date ok for my son as he entered uk 3 months after me on 24/8/2013, I counting the delay as from the 180 days.
He is a university as a student and will finish in 15/6/2018, what documents I need to attach with his application?
Many thanks for the help

Your son should fill in a separate SET(O) form. Include extra evidence required for over 16 year olds and KoLL and sole responsibility.

Tier 2 Dependant.
Timing should be okay. Do they have family appointments? Perhaps the same caseworker could consider his application with yours?

Many thanks Vinny,
I already booked 2 appointments in the same day for both of us 8.20 for me and 8.40 for him. I wasn't sure at that time if I can book a family appointment. the premium service is not clear and hard to contact them, any way this done now, are there any suggestions to make the same caseworker handle the 2 application together.

Another question please :) , I do not need to fill some section , like section 9, do I need to keep these pages among the rest of the form when I apply? can I just take this section out of the rest of form to make it less in pages?
Also what I need to write in the letter to support my son application for ILR?

Many thanks
