I think the invitation letter also suggest you if you find any mistake, no worries just go to the ceremony, get the certificate and post them back to the HO, and tell them how to correct it.mydoubts wrote: ↑Sat Apr 28, 2018 11:27 pmHi,
We are going to collect our certificate soon. In the invitation letter I find the place of birth little different from what I put in my naturalisation application form. I filled in the application form as per what is in my passport.
My place of birth in the naturalisation certificate will be in the following order: Town name, country. They have left the state name.
i.e Chennai, Tamil Nadu (in my indian passport and application form)
Chennai India (in the naturalisation certificate)
Is it a mistake?
And for my husband , there is a little difference in the place of birth between passport and in naturalisation form .
i.e Chennai Tamil Nadu (in his indian passport and application form)
Chennai Tamilnadu , India (in the certificate) i.e no space between Tamil and nadu
Is it a mistake?
Does both have to be sent off for correction? Please could anybody advise?
Man why we Indians worry so much about such trivial stuff.mydoubts wrote: ↑Wed May 16, 2018 10:37 amI applied for passport online.I am going to post my declaration form.
