I live in UK have 2 passports. Will marry my Brazilian love

Hi!

Firstly many thanks for taking time and helping on our worries.

I need some help, can't find any relevant inforation.

After almost 3 years, I will be marring my fiancee next February.

I am Argentinean and Italian and live in UK since July 05.

We will get married in Argentina and then go to Brasil 3 days after the wedding for 2 weeks.
I need to come back to UK to work after that.

I have no idea how to apply to the visa.

- Is it possible to show the marriage certificate at inmigration and do all the paper work here in UK?

-Should I apply for a visa at the British Embassy or can I ask for it at the Italian embassy down in South America? I also have the problem of time since I have 3 days in Argentina after the wedding and 2 weeks in Brasil.

I was also thinking to get the fiancee visa here in UK that would give us 2 years ime to sort the married visa...
My fiance is with me at the moment on a 6 month visa.

Or would a student visa help to be applyed while he is here?

The only problem is that we have no addresses together to prove. Anything else we can present?

As I read it, once you were married she would not be applying for a visa per se, but rather a family permit based upon your exercising treaty rights in the UK.
