I wanted to PM you; however, I didnt get the option. I created the new ID within a week of having an old one, because I forgot my password and tried to use the "Forgot Password" option multiple times, but no success. It mentions I am not authorized to reset my password, not sure why is that. So, I created a new ID. My intention was not malicious. Hope you can understand the problem. I was not aware that it is against the policy to create multiple ID.

By end of this week probably.
From today onwards 55 to 60 Points would start getting published.
Tomorrow may be 45(probably)-50 points

If a normal job passes RLMT, i.e. 20 points + your salary points (for 45 - 49K gives u 25 points and so on

As I known, ICT doesn't required this monthly restrict COS. However, it depends on which Visa type your company is going to apply for you. If it is Tier2 General then it needs to go through RCOS. If it is Tier2 ICT then it doesn't need. There is cons and pros of Tier2 General & Tier2 ICT. You can find more information from Gov website, in this forum (another topics of course).

ICT has nothing to do with RCoS. Only T2 General applicants have to go through this painful process of limited RCoS provisions (1700 - 1900 approximately per month)

ICT is unlimited and a entirely different process altogether, less painful

Hi All,

I got below details from gov.uk and it mentions that 'On Allocation day' which is 11 of every month the certificate will appear in your sms account on allocation date if application approved.

Can we advise if it is a 1 day process or 5 day process ?

When you get the certificate
Applications are considered on the first working day after the 10th day of the month. This is called the ‘allocation date’. If you apply after the 5th day of the month then your application will be held until the next month’s allocation date.

Your application may also be held until the next month’s allocation date so that the details of your application can be checked.

Your restricted certificate will appear in your SMS account on the allocation date if your application has been approved. You can then assign a certificate to a worker.

You can apply again if your application isn’t approved.

Long time reader- first time posting- I have been waiting for RCOS since December 2017 with 40 points non-shortage occupation list-
Some how i have found this data a bit positive for this month as all back logs above 45 are cleared- I am hope full May allocation will get good news for 40-45 points. This is only my interpretation of the data presented
in excel.

There is certain criteria every job advertisement should meet....Plz refer sponsor guidance document on gov.uk site. Otherwise CoS allocation won't go smooth

And coming to anxiously waiting for RCoS news - please be aware until mid week we wont be hearing news on 40s, 50s (as per my experience of watching this space for past 5 months). And from 16-May onwards till next weekend things starts flowing!

Oh is it? Then how come the immigration agency applied for RCOS? ...so they might have applied under T2 General? Thanks for the clarification
