New company taking over!

Post by mysterylady11 » Sun May 13, 2018 10:09 am

I have been in my employment for 5 months , I will be applying in July , but a new company will be taking over in about 3 weeks. Contract and everything remains the same , but my question is would I have to start all over and wait another 6 months before I can apply ?

Sorry if there has been a topic about this already.

Kind regards

I think for category A you will have to complete again 6 months because it will count as employment with new employer. However, if you have earned at least £18600 during the last 12 months then simply switch into category B.
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Definately apply cat b and supply 12 months worth of payslips and bank statements.

But to fulfill cat b make sure that at the time of application
a) you currently have a annual salary of atleast £18,600
b) past 12 month period in total from all jobs you have earned atleast £18,600

As the new company is taking over in about 3 weeks, can I also count what I’ve earned with the company am with now ?

I’ve managed to gather up my last 12 months payslips from my two previous employment and bank statements also.

I just don’t understand how to calculate it .

Any help ?
