Am i eligible for tier 1 graduate entrepreneur visa

Post by SKAP » Wed Apr 25, 2018 5:55 pm

Hello All,

I have been going through the forums and couldn't find anyone with this scenario and wanted to know if am eligible for tier 1 graduate entrepreneur visa.

I have finished my masters in 2008 and was on PSW from 2008-2010 and left to India after the PSW. As i have already left UK a while ago, will i be eligible for this visa at all?

If yes, where/whom can i reach out to get more details or information. Any suggestions/help on this would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in Advance !!!!

TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR VISA

Post by SKAP » Mon May 14, 2018 2:01 pm

Hello all,

I have been planning to apply for the 200k£ Entrepreneur visa and have spoke to couple of solicitors to gather some details before picking one. One of them said that i have to invest in level 6 businesses which when i tried googling but couldn't find any further details and they are only willing to share that information if i give them my case unfortunatley

Can anyone please help me with this? What type of business are acceptable? Is there something like level 6 bussineeses where am supposed to invest?

Thanks in advance

At least you found one solicitor that you stay away from regarding your Tier 1 visa.

There is no such requirement of certain levels applicable in your case.

Any business is eligible though there is a specific exclusion - property development, real estate and related businesses where business is based on rental income or appreciation of property value.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.
