Regularise stay UK Overstayer 10 yrs with relatives

Hi, I was 20 when I cam to the UK. Now I’m 30 year old. And I want to regularise my stay. I been one third of my life/ been here 10 years and no criminal record. I have proof of 10 years with documentation.

My uncle/ my Dads blood brother is british and all his family. My aunty is working 7days weekand supporting uncle. I help take care my uncle full time also. My uncle is have anxiety depression arthirits very bad and is on employment support allowance but not PIP. They have 3 children but they live different cities and don’t care.

I don’t know what to do. Over past years I visit to lots and lots solicitor. One is tell me something and another tell something. Please tell me if some is possible way.

The 14 year residence concession was increased to 20 years n the 9th July 2012 with the entitlement to qualify for ILR after a further 10 years of residence.

Right to employment and to claim benefits is prohibited during this period together with no right to travel outside of the UK.

Without children or other strong family ties the chances of regularising your right to remain is slim and assisting jointly with your Uncle's care is unlikely to be sufficient reason to secure a visa under Discretionary Leave.
