Ive been waiting since January 4th VAC center.
And paid my childs IHS on 16th of April.

Thank you so much for your wishes, moral supports, advice and suggestion. One needs them a lot in this difficult waiting time and lovely people like you gueiz really keep things on move. Surely i shall keep visiting this form and keep assisting others as this platform is helping lots of people.
All of you awaiting or has paid IHS links, please have faith as all of you shall get best outcome soon. Home OFFICE guideline average time is 6 months (120 working days) so those awaiting from December or January should hear soon may be by end of this month. Lononder007 is right, Home Office is clearing up April IHS payments now and Dilshod, Ghanagirl Miyash , your turn is soon believe me.
In the end, i wish all of you the very best and pray to Almighty to unit families. Lots of Duas (Prayers) Noble wishes to all of you. Cheers Guiez.

Another thing that worries me is after that email about to collect the passports.

Ive also checked the TLS website and after those 5 green lights it junped to last one
Which says: pasport snet to applicant button (green)
Im worried that decision made buttun is not green but still red.

Has anyone experienced it?

@Londoner i like the way you analyse situations.Please i had biometrics on dec21.got not straight forward message on 15th march and asked to pay child IHS for son on 12th April. Please my concern is i have not received acknowledgement of IHS payment and our documents have still not been returned.and not heard from HO till now.thank you

Usually their response is very quick - within 1-2 hours. They do say allow 2 working day. You can call them if you like and speak to someone.

Usually UKVI center aims to reply within 2 working days but they always used to reply me after a week with the statement " They have escalated and Decision Making Center shall contact me with in 15 working days". Than i used to get reply directly from Decision Making center within specified time. You should wait for their reply, i understand it is bit frustrating but there is noting we can do except keeping patience. Since you have already paid for IHS and think positive for desirable outcome. Your chances are high and i am sure HO will decide for you anytime before 6 months up. As your Biometric was on 21 December therefore i recon you should get the outcome before 21st June.

Dilshod:

We do not have TLS center in Lahore, but we have Gerry FedEx center, that's why i am not familiarize with TLS services. However, with Gerry FedEx, my wife received a phone call from them and was told to collect their passports next day and bring prof of identifications. It was simple process for us.
