Tier 2

Post by husnashareef » Wed May 16, 2018 11:49 am

Hi every one,
sorry to create another topic for tier 2 sponsorship visa. This is the first time i been posting on this forum hoping to find some answer to my query. i will keep my story briefly.
my tier2 sponsor visa was curt-lied and the last date to apply for new sponsor visa is 26 of may 2018. i have managed to find the new sponsor and the company said they will give me cos on 1st of June 2018.
my only question is how should i cover this period from 26 of may to 1st of june.??? (5 days)
my company who is sponsoring me said i should apply for flr and then vary the application as they will provide the covering letter.
can i do that ? if so, which flr form should i use and what will be the fees???
i'm not working from few months due to my visa issues so don't have money to go to solicitors.
any experts please help i'm so stressed out.
.

the new company which is sponsoring me said that they can't give me cos until first of June 2018 so i just don't know what to do? i just need to cover 5 days your advise will be really appreciated.

Why can't they assign you a CoS before 1st June?? As it is a UCoS, if they have CoS available, they can assign it at any time.
