I have dependent refugee status .
Can i sponsor my parent for the visit visa?

If you mean can you give them money to meet the costs of their visit, yes anyone can do that. If you are also hosting them, it will be useful for them to have evidence that you have the means and space to do that. Your parent will need to meet all the other requirements of a Standard Visitor visa too, including that they are genuine visitors who intend to leave at the end of their visit.

Yes i will arrange everything my bank statement and accommodation etc
I mean my question was i am refugee dependent and i have refugee status
So i can sponsor my parents for visit visa. Right
?

They have to meet the requirements for a visitor visa on their own. You can accommodate them yes but they must each prove strong ties to their home country if they wish to get a visitor visa.
