Documents to take to visa appointment - ICT Tier 2

One of our prospective employees has just received an appointment for his Tier 2 ICT, having submitted online.
In his confirmation document for the appointment, it states that the only supporting document he has to bring is his passport. Is this normal? I am not sure if this is because it is ILR and not Tier 2 General?

Apologies - It is ICT Tier 2, his first visa to come to the UK. Thanks so much!
