Permisso Di sigornio

Hi

I am 28years old with a Pakistani passport living in Italy. My parents have Italian passports.

We all want to move to the uk. I am unable to get a n eea family visa as I am not dependent on my parents. So I am named on their permisso Di sigornio. Will that get me into the uk?
