Super priority visa for Tier 2 applications

Post by sensoricaine » Sun May 27, 2018 9:15 am

Hi friends,
I was wondering if any of the members has any experience of applying for tier 2 General visa on Super priority basis in New Delhi or anywhere else in India? Looking at the current situation faced by standard and priority applicants, does SPV application a safe bet? Do they decide in a day or could it be prolonged as well (even if there is no problem from applicant side!)
Suggestions welcome

Well...If everything is in place they say in a day decision can be made. I think it's a very costly service...If u can afford ...Go for it.
Next best is priority, of course
I applied it on 18-May, so far no news on decision. Hoping any day this week!!

I applied via priority and received my passport in 6 working days from Mumbai. Another friend who applied from Delhi got it in 4 working days (he had been refused a visa from czech republic in the past).

This delay seems to be only for those who applied from the chennai embassy.

Also please note for both me an my friend we called the home office through the paid service and found out a visa decision was made and then went to vfs on our own to find our passport was ready for collection. VFS hadnt informed us of the same (they usually send an email to say we can pick up our passports).

Yes plabber
I should start worrying about this from wednesday onwards (7th working day, as tomorrow is a holiday)
Perhaps delays are because lots of visitor visas during these days
In fact this bit of delay is adding to my overall pain of waiting for this job since 6 long months!!

Thanks a lot Ashish. One more question- Can super priority be combined with walk in?
