Looking for representation from immigration barristers / solicitors

Post by slurp » Sun May 27, 2018 3:52 pm

Hello!

I hold a Tier 2 ICT visa. My civil partner visited me in the UK with a Tourist visa valid for 6 months, and stayed for a couple of months.

Recently she was refused re-entry back into the UK and her tourist visa was cancelled. Immigration Officers concluded that the purpose of her arriving in the UK is different from the purpose specified in her visa (she did not mention visiting me in her initial application, but mentioned a short touristic visit).

We now plan to apply for a dependent VISA. Nevertheless, there is a risk that UKVI may deem she has misrepresented her purpose for applying for her visitor visa and used deception.

We are now looking for an expert advice & representation from immigration barristers / solicitors. Could you please suggest trusted agencies to go to in London?

Thanks!

Dear Casa,

Sorry for that!

A good advise would also be really helpful.

Thanks!

The challenge will be to address the fact that you will be submitting evidence of a partnership which according to the statement given in the visitor visa application, didn't exist.
