Hi everyone my hubby done biometric on the 30/04/18 (priority)On the 18/05/18 I sent an email to ukvi they replied within 20 minutes of email being sent. On the 19/05/18 i received back the return of supporting documents, what confused me the application and appendix 2 form were also sent back with supporting documents. However inside the package a letter was enclose that states: Dear sir/madam. Sponsor documents
Thank you for sending documents in support of U.K. visa application. Copies of all these documents have been retained by U.K. visa and immigration in order to assess the application and as such we are returning the original documents to you. You may be receiving these documents prior to the applicant receiving a decision on the application. This is a normal part of the process and you need take no further action. Should we require anything further from you we will contact you via the email address you have supplied.
In due course the applicant will received a decision on the application.

1) does this means a decision is imminent
2) is it normal to receive back application along with appendix 2 when returning back supporting documents.

Thank you

Hi SAN111
Home office will say it takes 15 working days but in some cases it takes more than 15 WDays, looking at your details since Biometric has given as of today it’s been 23 Working Days they count (Mon-Fri) and Priority Serivice’s timeframe is 30 working days or 6 weeks. ( If you apply from outside U.K.) they always make a decision within that time frame 30WD on Priority application. I’m sure you will get good news soon! Insha’allah!

Hi good morning to you all, I received an email this morning in my spam mail. It’s states regarding your contact centre enquiry, I already received back supporting documents on the 19/05/18 that includes my children British passport so I don’t understand this email.
Thank you for your enquiry regarding children passport. Your appeal is in a queue waiting to be reviewed. To ensure a fair service to appellants and sponsors, these appeals are reviewed in strictly chronological sequence based upon submission date. Progress on this work stream is reviewed regularly. Sending out your passport will delay your application process and no further action will be made without a passport.
Kind regards ukvi contact centre services -U.K. decision making centre

What I don’t understand is what appeal are they talking about because I’m still waiting on a decision, also the British passport of my children that was requested back and I received back all supporting document on 19/05/18 with a letter stating all supporting document as been scanned. I don’t understand the concept of this email can someone please shed a little light on this for me please. Thank you
