Opting different services for Tier 2 Main & Dependent Visa Extensions - In UK Application

Hi,

Would anyone know if it Is possible to apply for Tier 2 ICT visa extension within UK at the same time for
* Main applicant using premium service but for
* Dependants using standard service

Possible yes as long as dependents apply before their visas expire.
