Kindly refrain from digging up 3 year old topics to tag your vague question onto. Your post split to its own topic (where it is now).
Also useful to state your UK immigration history, how long you have been in the UK and what you believe are exceptional circumstances on why you cannot leave and return to your home country.
Without very strong family ties/spouse/children, you stand little chance.
I do apologise, i’m new on this and i don’t have any idea how to post a new topic.
To give you a brief history,
I arrive her 28/12/2010 on a tier 4 visa.
Re-entered UK 31/12/2012.
Done FLR(M) extension and current visa expires on 16/03/2019.
Nearly 10 years on March. My husband is not willing to support me anymore after having a situation. I have a new partner, we’ve been together for 2years but lacking of proof of cohabiting. Relationship is Genuine, all i got is pictures and tenancy agreement though.
I have a sister here, (there’s only two of us) been working i a family with three kids for 7-8 years which really became my family here. I have my aunties and their partners both no
Children here and all british, all of them are 50-65years old and needs a little help since they are alone and old. I and my partner live but pay rent with one of the said aunties. I have been working and paying tax.
when it comes to my Parents, not in good terms with my father and the reason why i left The country and follow my sister here right after i graduated. Never had a chance working in my country. I’ve been dependant to my mother until i moved here and work. All my closest friends are abroad and some already moved here in UK. I established my life here, made a lot of friends and involved in a church which became my family as well. Never convicted or used public funds.
I am not sure if these are strong enough but leaving my new partner who doesn’t have any familyOr property in our country is the reason i wanted to stay. They are all settled here and they are really good to me.
Hope you could help, sorry for the long text
