Time line :-
Online application submitted :-05 march 2018
confirmation email from sheffield :-06 march 2018
approval letter date :-12 March 2018
passport received in pak :-14 march 2018

Documents check list

1 online application form

2 passport size photo

3 original passport

4 National id card copy

5 Marriage certificate (urdu)

6 Marriage certificate (english)

7 Marriage registration certificate (english)

8 Family registration certificate (FRC) nadra

9 Wedding Photos (more than 30 include family ,couple, after marriage)


10 Call record ( minimum 2 months from lyca mobile)

11 Money transfer receipt ( after marriage i sent her money 2 times )


12 TB test certificate


13 Sponsor cover letter


14 Sponsor residence permit copy


14 All passports (copy)


15 National id card copy
16) company house document showing i am the director of company

17 financial evidence ( 90 days uk bank statement balance was more than £3000)


18 Tenancy agreement UK

19 Police registration certificate

Can you please guide me as I have to apply for my wife who is pakistan.

Does she need to apply from there? or I can apply from her online?

Also, can you clarify does she need to register with police?

pay the application fee plus nhs fee online

then her documents will be submitted biometrics will be done in pak.

I am asking this as I want to apply but I don’t have wedding pictures and money transfer receipts because we are in joint family and my father looks after everything. Please any suggestions

Better to get wedding photos and money transfer receipts, otherwise there will be risk of refusal
