Hi Sirs, I am planning to give my ILR application by next month. Now on Tier 2 General visa since two years and previous leave was on Tier 1 Entrepreneur as these both leaves can combine to achieve 5 years stay in UK as per the ILR guidance, I have decided to apply for ILR. But SET O form with 86 pages confusing me. I know as my current leave as Tier 2 , I will have to complete the sections related to Tier 2 . Should I have to fill from Page 39 as well? This SET O form is for many immigration categories , such as Tier 2 (different categories) then Tier 1 General, Tier 1 Ent , Tier1 Investor. I am bit confused. So my main question is should I have to fill both Tier 2 and Tier 1 Entrepreneur information pages? OR just Tier 2 sections are enough? Initially I thought I will write a detailed covering letter with my complete 5 years immigration history and related matters, then fill tier 2 section and give. But later I got confused, should I have to fill Tier 1 E sections as well?? Kindly advise . Please help as I do not have much time left, an earliest reply will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
