Hi Team,
I’m on Tier 2 General sponsored by one of the biggest Bank in London. I currently got an offer from my company to relocate to Isle of Man.
I’m looking for a guidance before I accept the offer.
I understand my UK tier 2 visa is not covered in IOM, as I need a separate visa for Isle of Man, on this basis if the work permission in the Isle of Man is not the equivalent of Tier 2 work permission. am I still eligible to apply for ILR after 5 years?
2. My spouse is working in UK, can they continue to stay in UK if I have to switch my visa to IOM.
Do I need to consider any important points which may affect my ILR before switching my visa?
Appreciate for your guidance as a matter of urgency.
