Hello everyone,

I need some urgent advice regarding refusal of T.1 Ent. Visa.

Tier1 Ent. visa as Team members for £50k

APPLIED T.1 EXTENSION EXTENSION ON 15 SEPTEMBER 2017
BIOMETRIC DONE ON 26 SEPTEMBER 2017
1ST COMPLEX LETTER ISSUED DATED 25 OCTOBER 2017
IHS REFUNDED ON 29 APRIL 2018
A TEAM MEMBER GOT 2ND COMPLEX LETTER ON 30 MAY 2018
B TEAM MEMBER GOT REFUSAL LETTER DATED 31 MAY 2018

REASON FOR REFUSAL OF A TEAM MEMBER. PERSONAL MAINTENANCE FUNDS SO AWARDED 0 POINT ALTHOUGH REST OF ALL TOTAL 85 POINTS AWARDED EXCEPT MAINTENANCE. PROCEEDING WITH AR.

QUESTIONS REGARDING B TEAM MEMBER VISA APPLICATION WHO GOT 2ND COMPLEX LETTER ONLY ONE DAY BEFORE OF REFUSAL OF B TEAM MEMBER VISA.

1. WHAT IS THE IMPACT ON PENDING APPLICATION ALTHOUGH REFUSAL IS NOT BELONGS TO THE ANY BUSINESS ISSUE.
2.HOW MANY CHANCES FOR INTERVIEW AS SINGLE TEAM MEMBER OF A, IF THEY CONDUCT THE INTERVIEW SO MEMBER B WILL ASLO BE INVITED TO ATTEND THAT OR NOT?
3. ANYONE HAD EXPERIENCE IN SAME CAPACITY?
4. KEEPING IN VIEW ALL REST OF THE POINTS 85 (INCLUDING INVESTMENT, JOB CREATION, BUSINESS ENGAGEMENT,ETC.) WERE AWARDED ON THE B TEAM MEMBER REFUSAL SO WILL THEY CARRY ON SAME POINTS ON A TEAM MEMBER APPLICATION DECISION?
5. I HEARD FROM FEW PEOPLE IF ONE TEAM MEMBER GOT REFUSED SO ANOTHER ONE AUTOMATICALLY GOT REFUSAL AS THEY CONSIDER THE FUTURE OF THE BUSINESS WHICH ONLY RUN AS TEAM.?

you don't need to worry i have seen similar case. where one partner got refused bcz of maintenance funds and other got visa but the only difference is they both were interviewed before decision, whereas as you don't i believe they will not refuse you because of your partner.if they need interview they will call you

Sorry to hear your this silly mistake refusal.
This is very obvious refusal of your if your team members were usable to provide the correct documents to claim 10 maintenance points.

He can join you with fresh application with 03 month current maintenance statement by writing a letter to the HO with fresh application . This is option 1 that most suitable as he cant claim investment, job creation points as an individual as you were both the director of one company.

Second option if he go for AR that will never effect your application as it will be decided on its on merit you may get the visa sooner than later as there is no mistake as your end. All job creation, business investment and engage in business activities will be awarded to you.

Dear All Members,

We are team members for £50k T-1 E Extension (Business Consultnt+Marketing Consultant)
Applied on September 2017
one team member refused on 30 June 2018 due to personal maintenance funds issue
AR was refused subsequently in one month time after submission
Fresh application made afterward in September 2018
Now we both team members got emails regarding interview invitation which is going to held on 2 October 2018 at VF/UKVI at Wilson street
Our both team members timings are 9am then 11am on the same day.
They didn't asked to bring any documents along with us.

Questions:

Did anyone get the interview at the same place?
Either is face to face or skype based interview?
What's the difference between office-based and Skype-based interview?
Should we carry any documents with us or not?
Any idea about the duration of the interview?

Please, suggestion regarding preparation?

The interview was skype based. It took more than two hours in the detailed interview and all questions regarding investment, employees, clients, business premises, services, prices, expenses, Marketing, sales, taxes, Employment due diligence etc.
It was the long and hectic interview.
Please well prepare and expect any question from them.
They can ask you anything from anywhere.

Did interviewer give you any time frame to hear back from caseworker?

not at all. even, I asked from the interviewer at the end of the session but he told me he didn't have an idea when they will decide.
