New to forum, need advice

Post by Kingsferry » Tue May 29, 2018 7:38 am

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and know how a forum works, but I don't want to cause issues. So, if someone could correct me if I make any issues or am posting the wrong things, would be greatly appreciated.

So I have some questions with me visa application that I need help with. I'm the sponsor for my husband and it's for the spouse visa extension.

1) Do I need to declare where I've used an address?

My husband had to use his friends address to get a job in another town before we both moved over there about 2 years ago for about 1 month. He recieved a letter from HMRC when he was there and was wondering if this would be an issue? Do I need to state we were staying there?

2) Do original payslips need a covering letter with them?

3) My salary is about to increase, but my previous 4 payslips will have a different figure. Will I need to have something written or not about the change in salary?

4) I lived in an address for a while which was very far away from my work. About 2.5 hours for about 3 months. It looks a bit odd this address, but do I need to provide evidence of me staying there? Do I need to state everything?

5) Do me and my husband need to have proof of the legitimacy of put relationship? (Texts, FB messages, whatsapp, pictures etc) the application form doesn't say anything about this)

Would be incredibly great full for peoples help as we apply in the middle of July

Thanks :D

Are you British or hold ILR?

You have posted in the tier 2 work permit sub forum, kindly state exactly what visa category is being applied for.

Problem with payslips and address

Post by Kingsferry » Wed Jun 06, 2018 11:38 am

Hi all, I'm new to the forum so any help is appreciated.

My problem is with my address. So I moved to a really far away address in London which commute takes 2 hours. But my husband didn't change the address for the payslip. However it doesn't effect our payslips, but so much our tenancy agreement. I submitted mine and when I left my work, got my p45 with the London address. Then from February onwards, we have the same address for everything. Our new address.

Should I submit the 3 month tenancy agreement? It was from a private landlord so it's not a huge deal. He didn't give a deposit to hmo or anything. Will they find out that I was loving for a short time in London because of the p45 and payslips? Or shall I leave it and not say I was living there?

Please can people help as am struggling for advice. Thanks

K

I'm really sorry about multiple posting. I was trying to look for my first post but couldn't find it anywhere. And no notifications were sent to me so I thought maybe I didn't post correctly. Please don't lock the post. If it helps, would it be better for admin to delete all my post and to start afresh?

I really just needed some advice is all. Please don't misunderstand my intentions. Thanks
