Child dependent visa

Dear valuable members of the board,

I need to know if I can apply tier 1 child dependent visa without passport. If so what is the length of processing time.

Applicant passport is needed to apply for UK VISA. If you are asking about your Passport you can send your passport copy with the Dependent applicant.
