Hi,
My wife works a job and I am staying home. I need help about my wife's salary. If she work overtime, how do I write this on the form? I can see her payslip and is written overtime. But only sometimes overtime. But salary is same.
Also she will soon have salary increase. What should I do. This figure will change surely. I need letter about change?
Many thanks

Hi,
My wife works a job and I am staying home.
If you are fit then definitely should work
Anyway if she is working with present employer from 6 months then she is under category A and if earning fixed wages plus overtime then she fall under both salaried (for fixed wages) & non-salaried (overtime).
The opinion expressed as above is neither a professional advice nor contesting/competing to other member's opinion/advice.

Hi
Thanks for reply. Yes, I agree but I am homemaker. I cook and clean for us both.
Ok then. Anything overtime is non salary. Ok I understand. What about when she is soon getting salary increase. I need letter?
Many thanks

In same employer letter her employer can write about the salary increase.

Hi, so on the FLRM form, there is no option to
Input about overtime or non salaried work. Where do I include this information? There's salaried, self employed, pensions and benefits. Nothing for non salaried
Thanks

As per a lot members there is no separate section for non-salaried person. I think you should calculate the overtime by using non-salaried person approach then add back it to the fixed wages and their combine total should be the annual income.

Ok, I understand. So my wife should be writing down overtime as annual salary? Is this compulsory? She make enough on normal salary. But working overtime only sometimes. How I include this. It is never fixed overtime. Always random. Sorry for so many questions my friend. I worry I make mistake.
Many thanks

Ok. It is just some other people have submitted in this forum some pictures and some communication evidence. Is this maybe optional?
Thanks

That is required for spouse visa applications outside the UK.
For flr(m) extension you need to provide evidence of cohabitation for last 2 years as the form states on page 63 or 64.

Hi all,
I need help with pay. So on wife's payslip, gross pay is always same. But, net pay can sometimes change and be different because on pension payment, she does not receive sick pay so simply minus from payslip or overtime so gross still same but net change.
Is this an issue to look into some detail about? Can a solicitor help with this or maybe an accountant?
Please help
Thanks

Spouse visa financial requirement is based on GROSS pay before deductions.
