Can I request for a review by faxing the letter or do I have to send it by post it to the HSMP team

As u said u don't have work ex letter/reference on company's leterhead and now if u will submit that. Then it will be treated as additional evedience......... for which u need to send a fresh appl.

but if u want a review on same existing doc's then u can send a letter with explaination via fax only.
