Documents not received

Dear All,
My Mrs settlement visa application has approved today.
Thanks for all your assistance.
The problem is that I didn’t receive my documents.
Application was made on 8th March.
Posted the documents to Sheffield on 20th March & visa approved on 11th June.
Is there an contact or email to find out from home office or shall I wait?

You’ll receive them a week after receiving your visa.

HO return documents through Royal mail which most often is slower than the DX courier super fast service in delivering BRP. Hopefully you will get your documents in one week.

I had sent a prepaid first class next day envelope with the documents.
Not sure what caused the delay.
