Passport not returned after 10 working days - PR after RoR

Hi everyone. Can someone advise me what to do.
I applied on 27th of February 2018 for PR card after ROR.money taken 1 of March biometric done on 16 of March after a week I received COA letter.
So on 25 of may received all my supporting documents and my passport. There is no my Reg card, no application which i filled up no letter even list of documents.I rang to UKVI genageneral enquiry. They said wait 10 working days you will receive rest of your docs.now already more then 10 working days I didn't received anything.
Please can someone advise me what to do
