Indefinite Leave to Remain

Post by amuddasa » Tue Jun 12, 2018 8:18 pm

Hi All,

I am applying ILR(Set(O)) for my wife, she is presently holding Tier 1 General dependant visa. She is applying through 5 years Tier 1 general route. she came in 2013.
I am british citizen, I got my citizenship in january 2017. I am It contractor, I got my own limited company. My wife is share holder and employee in my company. She gets a salary and dividends

Here are my questions:
1. What self employed documents should I file?

2. Do I need to file last 12 months payslips, dividend vouchers, accountant letter of myself? or Do I need to file my wife payslips, dividend vouchers, accountant letter or both of ours should be filed?

3. Do I need to provide any evidence for absence? Her total days in the last 5 years is less then 110 days.

Could you please advise me.

Thanks

You do not need to provide ANY evidence of work as that is not relevant for ILR under PBS dependant route.
Also there is NO absence limit for PBS dependat whose visa was granted before 11 Jan 2018.
Advice is given based on my personal research and experience only. Do NOT contact me via private message for immigration advice
