passport declaration sign for child with special need

Hi , I have child with special needs. please advise in declaration section of online printed form. Do i need to signed his name , sign my name or leave it blank.

If a parent signs, then it’s the parent’s normal signature.

Hi , thanks guys for your responses. I have signed myself and mentioned in covering letter. if Citizenship is given I think Passport would not be a big issue.. fingers crossed !
