Absence from UK on spouse visa

Hi i am new to this can any one help with this question please i am on a spouse Visa i came to the uk 26/10/2015 to 20/07/2018 i had to go back to thailand to have treatment on the 16/02/2016 to 6/10/2016 i have a premium appointment next week i am concerned about absence from the uk for 8 months i am applying for my first FLR m i am concerned it will Get rejected can any one help with this question please.

Absence from uk might not affect but absence of cohabitation evidences covering the last 2 years might affect the application.
