Also Nurses whose points are super high will no longer be in competition , and hope there will no less people with very high salaries. But this silence is strange for this month. really different from previous month.cali1234 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 18, 2018 2:29 pmWell according to the news nhs takes up about 8000 visa a year so that is roughly 700 visa a month. Definitely if the rule is implemented immediately 50-55 would get through this month.
45 next month. 40-45 in August and 35-40 in September and so on .. you have to consider that even though the rules have been lifted there would be new applications each month which would add to the existing backlog . So it would take approx 3-4 months to clear out the entire backlog. Also need to take into consideration that coming September the number of visa per month would be 1500 a month .
But the good news is after every 3 months rcos which have not used are added to the monthly allocation so from July onwards everyone can expect an additional 200-300 rcos added

Back in April, I had 45 points & 47k salary. I then convinced my employer to raise my offer so as to push me over 50k. I was hopeful to get through in May, but then again got refused because the cut off was 51 points or at least 55k salary.UKTier2June2018 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 18, 2018 4:05 pmSince December? Yes, looking back if I would have convinced my employer in March to raise my offer, I would have got through in April, and would have been in the UK by now!apazhe wrote: ↑Mon Jun 18, 2018 4:18 pmIt was 46p limit at February as well.UKTier2June2018 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 18, 2018 4:05 pmSince December? 3 months. But i guess before the announcement of relaxing the cap, In the initial 2 days of cos allocation the points directly went down to 50. I hope the points for this month ll be lower then that.
Assuming those who have already got their CoS didn't make a mistake in calculating their points, this month's cutoff should be 50 or lowerDhirajG wrote: ↑Mon Jun 18, 2018 6:14 pm3 months. Maybe because those who have got their RCoS are busy planning their move to the UK, and those who haven't (like us), are glued to this forum watching every post in the hope of getting to know the cutoff!
The guidance only says the decisions are made after the allocation meeting - however I presume most employers genuinely have not been notified about the results - this is because it is also in employers' interests to notify their prospective employees asap so they can commence their employment asap in order to create value rather than deliberately hold onto the information
